memory ("the App") is a disposable camera experience that lets you capture and share photos with friends. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier. We do not collect your name or email unless you choose to provide a display name.
• Photos: Photos you take within the App are uploaded to our servers (Firebase Cloud Storage) and shared with other members of the same film.
• Device Information: We may collect a device identifier (vendor ID) for anonymous authentication purposes.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics or usage tracking data. Analytics is disabled in our Firebase configuration.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To store and deliver photos you take to film members
• To manage film sessions (creation, joining, expiration)

Data Sharing

Photos you take are shared with other members of the same film. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services (Firestore and Cloud Storage). Data is stored in accordance with Google Cloud's security standards.

Camera Access

The App requires camera access to take photos. Camera access is used only for photo capture within the App and is never used for surveillance or background recording.

Data Retention

• Active Films: Photos and film data are retained for the duration of the film session and remain accessible until you delete them.
• Developed Films: After a film is developed, photos and data are retained indefinitely until you choose to delete them through the App's data management settings.
• Account Deletion: When you delete your account, all films you host, associated photos, membership data, survey responses, and feedback are permanently deleted.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to deletion after prior notification via email (if available).

Your Rights

• You can delete your films and photos at any time through the App
• You can sign out and stop using the service at any time
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting us

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
